Sydney City Toyota will provide replacement
vehicles to customers based on the following
terms and conditions:
- When booking a replacement vehicle
suitable notice is required
- A daily replacement
fee of $38.50* will be charged to your
invoice
- A photocopy of your
driver’s licence will be taken.
(No vehicle can be released without proof
that the customer holds a current driver’s
licence)
- A replacement vehicle
will have fuel. All we require is that
the vehicle is returned with the same
fuel level as when it was taken
- A Basic Insurance Excess of $2,200.00* applies to all replacement vehicles.
- The Loan Vehicle Agreement
Form must be signed and completed by the
customer.
- If the replacement vehicle
is not returned on the same day a further
day’s fee will be charged.
- Without your co-operation
customers who have booked a replacement
vehicle the following day will be inconvenienced.
There will be no exception to these terms
and conditions unless approved by the
Service Manager.
